    Shareholder Agreement Expert

    Does anyone in Kmend recommend a good person to speak to about updating and revising company documents such as a shareholders agreement, memo and articles? A SME focused law firm in the UK market would be good, flexible as to whether they are London based or not! Someone who “gets” us corporate financiers would be even better, and knows the market a little bit! David
