    As your team grows and probably gets younger you will notice that many of the soft skills are being lost. In particular, Networking. I have an article posted in relation to best practice but I am looking for organisations who wish to up skill their teams in this valuable skill. Once they understand the true concept (it is not selling) they will embrace it and in doing so becaome better ambassadors for you and for themselves. alec@alecwdrew.com
