British postal system …issues affecting parcel-post from GB to Ireland ?…
Hi fellow Kmenders … We’re helping to find some practical fixes for the issues that have seriously hampered numerous British small firms (or their GB personal-gifting customers) sending small-batch products – or gifts – to SME’s or individuals throughout the Republic of Ireland by the traditional parcel-post mail system.
Think specialist Jam-Makers from East Anglia, think Craft Gifts, think Birthday Pyjamas for Granny’s god-daughter in Kerry, and lots more ….
Nobody’s winning if “the system” stops this normal community life just “because of Brexit” … so if our fellow Kmenders have any experience and/or practical suggestions about how to best address the need to pre-pay EU Customs Duties as these small-value items land into Ireland, do please let us know …. and remember “all ideas @kmend are great ideas” !
